Welcome to our website
Our city, centrally located in the border triangle Germany - Czech Republic - Poland, has a history dating back 800 years.
Craft, architecture and culture therefore have a long tradition in Löbau and are closely related to the modern life of today's city. Its central location made Löbau the founding and convent town of an alliance of six towns named the Upper-Lusatian Six Towns League founded in 1346 with the cities of Bautzen, Görlitz, Kamenz, Luban and Zittau.
Welcome to Löbau, which hosted the 6th Saxon Horticultural Exhibition in 2012, the Saxon State Harvest Festival in 2015 and the Saxony Day 2017, the largest festival of the Free State of Saxony.
